The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, moves quickly, communicates consistently, and can manage a high level of recruiting activity without sacrificing the candidate or hiring-manager experience.

• Present qualified candidates to hiring leaders and maintain consistent communication throughout the interview and selection process.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and help keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process.
• Support offer discussions and help drive candidates through acceptance and pre-employment requirements.
• Manage a high-volume requisition workload while balancing multiple hiring priorities and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system.
• Participate in recruiting events, career fairs, networking opportunities, and other talent-attraction initiatives.
• Provide a professional and positive experience for candidates while representing the organization in the local market.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow applicable employment and hiring practices.

• Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing hiring priorities.
• Strong communication, follow-up, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and online recruiting platforms.
• Familiarity with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media recruiting, or similar sourcing techniques.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with a recruiting and HR team.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Staffing agency or RPO recruiting experience.
• Corporate or internal Talent Acquisition experience.
• Recruiting for hourly/non-exempt, customer service, operations, administrative, finance, or technology positions.
• Experience managing a high requisition volume.
• Experience with Workday or a comparable applicant tracking system.
• Experience attending career fairs, college recruiting events, or community hiring events.
• Experience using recruiting metrics or reporting to track hiring activity.
WHAT WILL MAKE SOMEONE SUCCESSFUL
