Allison Harrison, Director of Professional Placement

Allison began her recruiting career with CornerStone in 1997 and progressed to the role of Operations Manager, where she managed several successful clerical staffing offices. She then advanced to her most current role as Director of Direct Hire. Allison's success can be attributed to her ability to understand the dynamics of each organization she services. She is a true partner! Her diverse recruiting and management background has given her the innate ability to source the ideal candidate for her clients. Allison is particularly successful with passive sourcing of Executive Level Talent. Katie Huff serves as Assistant Recruiting Manager in CornerStone’s Professional Placement division, connecting
high-performing professionals with organizations seeking top-tier talent. She approaches recruiting with a consultative
mindset, taking the time to understand each client’s business objectives and each candidate’s long-term career goals.

With a background in full-cycle recruitment across both Healthcare and IT, she brings experience, drive, and a
