What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Partner with business leaders to define problems, scope initiatives, and establish measurable outcomes
- Analyze current workflows to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
- Document and design future-state processes aligned with operational goals
- Gather and translate business requirements into actionable solutions
- Assess stakeholder impact and organizational readiness
- Develop communication, training, and sustainment plans that support adoption
- Create clear visual and written materials to reinforce key messaging
- Support testing, deployment planning, and post-implementation follow-up
- Track results and identify continuous improvement opportunities
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Engineering, Organizational Change, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business process improvement and/or change management
- Experience supporting cross-functional or enterprise-level initiatives
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to understand how technology supports business processes (not a system configuration role)
- Experience documenting workflows and developing both formal and visual collateral
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) a plus
