Responsibilities
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial models, and pro formas.
- Analyze financial performance, KPIs, and budget-to-actual variances.
- Develop financial, operational, and executive-level reports.
- Translate complex data into actionable business insights for leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial initiatives.
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Hospital finance experience supporting an acute care hospital, health system, or physician/provider group is required.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
- Experience with financial modeling and pro forma development preferred.
- CMS reimbursement (Medicare and Medicaid supplemental payments) experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SQL knowledge preferred.
- MBA and/or CPA preferred.
