Senior Credit Representative - Full Desk | Hybrid | Up to $70K + Bonus

Location: Dallas, TX 75248 | Duration: Direct Hire

CornerStone Professional Placement is partnered with a well-established construction supply company to hire a driven, detail-oriented, Spanish bilingual Senior Credit Representative. This is a high-impact role managing the full credit and collections cycle for a key regional portfolio.

Do you have a strong collections background with a knack for credit evaluation? Are you confident making decisions on credit limits, lien timelines, and account escalations - all while supporting both internal and external stakeholders?

This Senior Credit Representative role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and enjoys balancing customer service with AR risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

* Manage a high-volume accounts receivable portfolio across multiple branches

* Perform credit evaluations using customer data and third-party services

* Approve unsecured limits up to $100K and job-specific limits up to $500K

* Create and manage payment plans for delinquent accounts (up to 90 days)

* Oversee lien and bond compliance to ensure receivable protection

* Process and approve lien waivers and manage tax exemption certificates

* Collaborate with regional sales and branch teams to resolve disputes

* Coordinate with collection agencies and legal when necessary

* Guide and mentor junior team members on escalated issues

* Participate in occasional travel to branch offices or customer sites

Qualifications

* 4+ years of credit/collections experience (distribution, manufacturing, or wholesale preferred)

* Spanish bilingual is highly preferred

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general Windows-based applications

* Knowledge of lien/bond processes and sales tax certificate handling

* Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in lieu of degree

* Construction industry experience is a strong plus

Compensation & Work Schedule

* Salary: $65,000-$70,000 annually BOE

* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

* Hybrid model after onboarding: in-office Mon-Wed, remote Thurs-Fri (flexible)
