Specialty Program Operations Analyst

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking an Operations Analyst for a leading healthcare services and pharmaceutical distribution company based in Irving, Texas. This position will support specialty pharmacy programs that improve product availability and keep daily operations running smoothly. In this role, youll work with teams across the business to manage inventory programs, solve operational issues, support customer needs, and identify ways to improve processes. Success is measured by accurate work, meeting deadlines, tracking key performance metrics, and using AI tools to work more efficiently.

Location: Irving, Texas | Hybrid (Onsite 2 days per week)

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Pay Rate: $40.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Employment Type: Temp Assignment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Auto Substitution, Sequestration replenishment, and Fair Share allocation programs to improve product availability and inventory use.
• Maintain SAP program settings, including substitution rules, material mapping, inventory movements, replenishment, and allocation controls.
• Monitor work from start to finish, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on time, and escalated when needed.
• Work with teams including Portfolio, Pricing, Clinical, Buyers, Distribution Centers, SAP/MDM, Customer Care, and Sales to resolve issues and support customer needs.
• Use SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, and other reporting tools to review program performance and identify trends.
• Track and report key performance metrics such as substitution rates, replenishment timelines, inventory accuracy, turnaround times, and overall operational performance.
• Participate in team meetings, communicate with stakeholders, and contribute to process improvement efforts.
• Support customer escalations by documenting issues, following up, and tracking resolutions.
• Provide backup support for Fair Share allocation operations, including occasional coverage until 7:30 PM CST at least twice per month.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience supporting specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical distribution, inventory management, replenishment, allocation, or similar operations.
• Experience using SAP and reporting tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, or similar business systems.
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly to improve productivity, analysis, documentation, and decision-making.
