Location: Dallas, TX

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: M-F during core business hours

Pay Rate: $25-30/HR



Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage daily service jobs with minimal downtime
  • Update and track work-in-progress (WIP)
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Coordinate resources to meet customer service needs
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure follow-up
  • Process and complete service tickets accurately and on time
  • Maintain proper documentation and records


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of customer service or industry-related experience
  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
