Job Title: Senior Recruiter
Location: Fort Worth, TX
CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Senior Recruiter for an exciting opportunity with a growing and well-established organization in Fort Worth, TX. This position plays a key role in leading full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and locations, supporting workforce planning, and enhancing the overall candidate experience. The ideal candidate is experienced in high-volume recruiting, highly collaborative with hiring leaders, and has strong working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with department leaders to assess staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans
• Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for job postings, candidate tracking, workflow management, and recruiting analytics
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and networking efforts
• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for high-volume and recurring roles
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a professional experience
• Coordinate job offers, reference/background checks, and onboarding logistics in partnership with HR and hiring managers
• Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire) and report insights to HR leadership
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable employment laws
• Represent the organization at job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach initiatives
• Support employer branding, talent marketing, DEI initiatives, and additional HR projects as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
• 3–5 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience (high-volume and multi-location strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated experience using ADP Workforce Now for recruiting and reporting
• Strong knowledge of employment regulations, HR compliance, and structured interview practices
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
• Ability to travel occasionally for recruiting events and site visits (valid driver’s license required)
