Pay Rate: Up to $58.95/hr

About the Role
CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Communications to lead a dynamic, 360° communications strategy across internal, external, and social channels. This role will play a critical part in shaping messaging, strengthening brand presence in the U.S., and driving employee engagement.

This is a highly strategic and hands-on role for a communications leader who excels in internal communications, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key ResponsibilitiesInternal Communications
  • Develop and execute an enterprise-wide internal communications strategy
  • Enhance information flow across the U.S. organization
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to align messaging
  • Lead company-wide initiatives such as:
    • Town halls (agenda development, scripting, execution)
    • Internal messaging (emails, intranet content)
  • Drive employee engagement programs and initiatives
External & Corporate Communications
  • Build and execute a U.S. brand awareness strategy
  • Craft and amplify the company’s story across growth, innovation, and science
  • Support earnings communications and press strategy
  • Develop and maintain relationships with U.S. media
  • Increase visibility across:
    • Business publications
    • Trade media
    • Financial press

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong experience in internal communications (required)
  • Proven strategic thinking and ability to execute at a high level
  • Exceptional storytelling and content development skills
  • Experience managing both internal and external communications
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally
  • Experience in corporate, healthcare, or regulated industries is a plus
