Pay Rate: Up to $58.95/hr
About the Role
CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Communications to lead a dynamic, 360° communications strategy across internal, external, and social channels. This role will play a critical part in shaping messaging, strengthening brand presence in the U.S., and driving employee engagement.
This is a highly strategic and hands-on role for a communications leader who excels in internal communications, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key ResponsibilitiesInternal Communications
- Develop and execute an enterprise-wide internal communications strategy
- Enhance information flow across the U.S. organization
- Partner closely with senior leadership to align messaging
- Lead company-wide initiatives such as:
- Town halls (agenda development, scripting, execution)
- Internal messaging (emails, intranet content)
- Drive employee engagement programs and initiatives
- Build and execute a U.S. brand awareness strategy
- Craft and amplify the company’s story across growth, innovation, and science
- Support earnings communications and press strategy
- Develop and maintain relationships with U.S. media
- Increase visibility across:
- Business publications
- Trade media
- Financial press
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in internal communications (required)
- Proven strategic thinking and ability to execute at a high level
- Exceptional storytelling and content development skills
- Experience managing both internal and external communications
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally
- Experience in corporate, healthcare, or regulated industries is a plus
