Base Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 BOE

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead enterprise marketing strategy across multiple brands, locations, or business units
- Drive digital performance across websites, paid channels, and search visibility
- Develop and optimize SEO and GEO strategies to improve organic performance and discoverability
- Implement and leverage AI-driven marketing tools and technologies to improve marketing efficiency and insights
- Build and monitor performance dashboards to track lead generation, engagement, and marketing ROI
- Partner with internal teams to improve marketing platforms, automation, and data integrations
- Manage vendors, agencies, and marketing budgets with a focus on performance and efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and develop marketing team members while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration
Must-Have Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing marketing teams or functions
- Experience leading marketing across multi-entity or multi-location organizations
- Demonstrated expertise in AI-driven marketing strategies and marketing technology
- Strong experience with SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and search performance strategy
- Experience using marketing analytics, data, and reporting to guide decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

- Experience implementing marketing automation, analytics platforms, or advanced marketing technology
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to build scalable marketing processes and improve organizational marketing performance
