Senior Commercial Escrow Closer


CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Senior Commercial Escrow Closer for a trusted financial services client in the Fort Mill, SC area. As the Commercial Escrow Closer, you’ll lead and finalize commercial and loan escrow transactions, handle escalated issues, and ensure a smooth closing experience for all parties involved. What You’ll Actually Do as the Senior Commercial Escrow Closer:

  • Manage end-to-end commercial escrow closings, including loan and multi-party transactions
  • Prepare and finalize critical documentation such as closing statements, checks, and instructions
  • Resolve title or legal complications and facilitate issue resolution with customers and stakeholders
  • Ensure transaction accuracy and completeness, including balancing files and preparing for recording
  • Deliver timely, professional communication throughout the process to all involved parties



What You’ll Need to Succeed as the Senior Commercial Escrow Closer:

  • 5-7 years of recent escrow or title closing experience
  • Strong command of commercial escrow procedures and documentation
  • High attention to detail with ability to manage complex, high-volume workloads
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines and shifting priorities



It’s a Bonus if You’ve Used:

  • Experience handling legal or title disputes in a closing context
  • Prior background with special projects or escalated escrow operations
