CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Sales Specialist for a pharmaceutical company based in Fort Worth, Texas. This role supports sales operations and customer service functions by managing administrative processes, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Job Title: Sales Support Specialist
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite/2 Days Remote)
Pay Rate: $25–31/hour
Duration: 7-Month Assignment 


Responsibilities for the Sales Specialist:
•    Administer and support the company’s sample management program, ensuring compliance with PDMA, FDA, and internal policies and procedures.
•    Serve as the primary point of contact for field sales teams, managing inquiries, onboarding, territory changes, roster maintenance, and day-to-day operational support.
•    Process and monitor orders, returns, invoicing, and fulfillment activities while resolving order discrepancies, system issues, and customer service concerns.
•    Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Compliance, Supply Chain, IT, Marketing, and third-party vendors to support sample accountability, reporting, and process improvements.
•    Maintain accurate data and reporting within ERP and related systems, leveraging Excel and reporting tools to track performance, identify trends, and ensure data integrity.


Requirements for the Sales Specialist:
•    High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•    3–5 years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 7–9 years of related experience in lieu of a degree will also be considered.
•    Extensive experience in sales support, customer service, order management, compliance, pharmaceutical operations, or a related field.
•    Working knowledge of PDMA requirements and regulated business practices; familiarity with cGMP or FDA and GDP, or similar compliance standards is preferred.
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience working with ERP systems, reporting tools, and data management platforms.
•    Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
