Job Title: Regional Business Development Rep
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth
CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Regional Business Development Rep for a growing wholesale Texas distributor of imported Matcha. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a dynamic sales professional who thrives on building local relationships and expanding brand presence across restaurants, cafés, specialty retailers, and grocers in the DFW Metroplex and key Texas markets.
The company has been in operation for over 10 years and built its reputation exclusively by word of mouth. With growing demand—including international requests from clients in Dubai, Spain, and Mexico—the team is focused on targeted growth across Dallas, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. You’ll be stepping into a warm market with strong leads, marketing support, and a proven product line that’s already succeeding in local coffee shops. Clients benefit from customized orders to meet their unique needs, giving you a strong value proposition during every pitch.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain client relationships with local restaurants, coffee shops, grocers, and boutique retailers
• Leverage provided leads and target lists to schedule meetings, present samples, and close deals
• Work closely with internal teams to manage client orders, custom requests, and follow-ups
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned Texas regions
• Represent the brand at local events and tastings as needed
Requirements:
• 3+ years of outside B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in the food & beverage or wholesale distribution industry
• Strong knowledge of DFW and surrounding Texas markets
• Comfortable working independently in a regional sales capacity
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Passion for wellness, tea, or health products a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
• Employment Type: Direct Hire
• Schedule: 30–40 hours/week, flexible regional travel -10AM-5PM Monday-Friday
• Location: On-site/client-facing in DFW with occasional travel to Austin, Houston, and San Antonio
• Salary: $60,000–$80,000 base + commission (DOE)
• Benefits: Mileage reimbursement, bonus potential, marketing and sales support
