Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and provide direction to a multi-shift Quality team.
Own and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including audit readiness, certifications, documentation, and compliance.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts for quality issues and customer complaints, ensuring effective resolution and prevention of recurrence.
Prepare for and support internal, customer, and certification audits.
Partner with Production, Operations, Engineering, and other teams to resolve quality issues and support business priorities.
Build strong customer relationships and serve as a key point of contact for quality-related matters.
Support new product introductions, projects, operational changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage competing priorities and communicate quality performance, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
5+ years of Quality experience preferred within a manufacturing environment.
5+ years of supervisory or people leadership experience preferred with demonstrated experience managing and developing teams.
2+ years of manufacturing experience required.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 with experience owning or taking significant responsibility for a QMS.
Experience with root cause analysis, problem-solving tools, corrective actions, and recurrence prevention.
Strong customer-facing, project leadership, and cross-functional communication skills.
Packaging or contract manufacturing experience preferred; other manufacturing backgrounds will be considered.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred; significant relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus but not required.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment visa sponsorship.
