- Partnering with leadership to clarify business challenges and define success measures
- Evaluating existing workflows and identifying improvement opportunities
- Designing improved processes that support operational goals
- Assessing organizational impact and stakeholder readiness
- Developing communication and training approaches that support adoption
- Guiding cross-functional teams through implementation
- Tracking results and identifying opportunities for ongoing improvement
- Providing direction and quality oversight across initiative workstreams
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a business or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement and/or change management
- Experience influencing leaders and cross-functional teams
- Strong facilitation and workshop leadership capability
- Ability to connect operational processes to broader business strategy
- Experience developing documentation and presentation materials
- Change management certification a plus
