Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 BOE

A Dallas-based organization is seeking a process-focused change leader to support large, cross-functional initiatives that impact how work flows across the business.

This position combines process redesign with practical change execution. It’s ideal for someone who sees both the operational and human side of transformation.What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Partnering with leadership to clarify business challenges and define success measures
  • Evaluating existing workflows and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Designing improved processes that support operational goals
  • Assessing organizational impact and stakeholder readiness
  • Developing communication and training approaches that support adoption
  • Guiding cross-functional teams through implementation
  • Tracking results and identifying opportunities for ongoing improvement
  • Providing direction and quality oversight across initiative workstreams

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement and/or change management
  • Experience influencing leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong facilitation and workshop leadership capability
  • Ability to connect operational processes to broader business strategy
  • Experience developing documentation and presentation materials
  • Change management certification a plus
