CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Post-Closing & Funding Specialist for a well-established real estate services organization in the Fort Worth area. This role is responsible for funding real estate transactions, processing wire disbursements, reviewing closing documentation, and ensuring post-closing files are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Review closing packages for completeness and accuracy prior to funding

  • Balance closing disclosures, settlement statements, and lender documentation

  • Process wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other fund disbursements

  • Verify receipt of lender funds and ensure all funding requirements have been met

  • Coordinate with lenders, real estate professionals, attorneys, and internal teams to resolve funding issues

  • Review documents for accuracy, compliance, and proper execution

  • Assist with recording and post-closing documentation requirements

  • Monitor outstanding items and follow up on post-closing conditions

  • Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure timely file completion

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies throughout the funding and post-closing process
Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in title, escrow, funding, post-closing, or real estate closing operations

  • Experience processing wire transfers and fund disbursements

  • Knowledge of Closing Disclosures, settlement statements, and closing documentation

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry-related software platforms

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred but not required
