What You’ll Do

• Manage and track customer orders from entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and production teams to keep materials and shipments moving efficiently.
• Use Excel daily to analyze data, update reports, and troubleshoot discrepancies — pivot tables and VLOOKUPs are essential; macros are a plus.
• Support supply chain planning, vendor communication, and process updates to improve visibility and performance.
• Monitor open orders, verify pricing, and follow up on delivery or invoice issues.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in order management, supply chain, or related operations.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs; macros preferred).
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is helpful.
• Comfortable working with domestic and international shipments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
