CornerStone has partnered with a Global Food Manufacturer to lead sales initiatives nationally in the U.S. We are seeking a driven National Business Development Manager to build upon a strong book of business already established by a global sales leader who has spearheaded the brand’s U.S. launch. This role is ideal for a sales professional with the expertise to strengthen existing relationships while driving new growth opportunities across foodservice, distribution, and retail channels.

As the National Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for accelerating U.S. sales by expanding upon established accounts and opening new channels. You’ll have the opportunity to leverage an existing customer base while implementing strategies to scale the brand nationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen and expand relationships with an existing book of business established during the U.S. launch
- Attend trade shows and national events specific to the industry
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy that drives sustainable growth across multiple channels
- Build and manage partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across foodservice, retail, and hospitality sectors
- Deliver impactful presentations, product training, and strategic market insights
- Partner closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful market execution
- Track sales results, analyze market trends, and provide actionable recommendations
- 5+ years’ experience in national or regional sales, ideally within the food or CPG sector
- Proven success managing both existing accounts and new business development
- Strong distributor and key account relationships preferred
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently manage a national territory
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the U.S.
