What You’ll Actually Do as the Mortgage Loan Officer Recruiter:
- Recruit experienced loan officers through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Hold consultative conversations about compensation, production goals, and growth potential, turning complex financial topics into meaningful dialogue.
- Partner with senior leadership to meet aggressive recruiting and production goals tied to nationwide expansion.
- Manage candidate pipelines through CRM tools, track activity, and follow through from first contact to onboarding.
- Collaborate with business development and leadership teams to refine recruiting strategies and deliver measurable results.
What You’ll Need to Succeed as the Mortgage Loan Officer Recruiter:
- 3+ years in mortgage recruiting, loan origination, or financial sales.
- Understanding of loan rates, mortgage economics, and compensation structures — or the ability to learn them quickly.
- Confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport and influence decisions.
- Competitive, self-driven, and able to thrive in a high-energy, growth-focused environment.

- Recruiting and CRM platforms such as Zoho or LinkedIn.
- Data and analytics to improve recruiting efficiency and conversion rates.
- Proven strategies for sourcing passive mortgage talent in competitive markets.
Why This Role Fits Your Life:
- Employment Type: Direct Hire
- Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday (occasional after-hours calls for candidate convenience)
- Salary/Pay: Roughly $80,000–$100,000 base + tailored bonus and commission structure
- Location: On-site in Plymouth, MI (open to out of state candidates open to 10-20% travel)
