Mortgage Compliance Manager
Philadelphia PA
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Will consider remote for ideal candidate)
CornerStone has partnered with a mortgage lender and servicer in their search for a Mortgage Compliance Manager. This role will lead regulatory and compliance efforts across the organization and serve as the key contact for federal and state examinations.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and interpret mortgage regulations and ensure compliance in daily operations
• Act as the liaison for regulatory exams, coordinate documentation, and manage responses
• Oversee HMDA reporting, fair lending analysis, and compliance training programs
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints
• Partner with leadership to drive risk mitigation strategies
Requirements:
• 10+ years in mortgage compliance, including department management experience
• Strong knowledge of CFPB, TILA, ECOA, HMDA, RESPA, GLBA, SAFE Act, and FCRA
• Proficient in Encompass LOS
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and leadership skills
• Self-starter able to manage complex assignments independently
