Social Coordinator & Marketing Operations
Location: Dallas, TX or Miami, FL | Hybrid
Employment Type: Contract – 16 Weeks | Possible Extension
Pay Rate: $45-$50/hr.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: 3 days onsite, transitioning to 4 days onsite starting in January
Travel: Up to 25%
CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Social Coordinator & Marketing Operations professional to support a multi-brand skincare portfolio, including Cetaphil and Differin. This role combines social media operations, brand marketing support, content coordination, creative services, influencer marketing, and day-to-day marketing operations.
Responsibilities
• Upload, schedule, publish, and monitor social content using Sprout Social, while maintaining editorial calendars in Notion.
• Review social and marketing content for accuracy, formatting, copy, and overall quality before publication.
• Coordinate content reviews and approvals with Brand, Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, PRC, and agency partners.
• Upload and manage marketing materials through Veeva/Vault and support regulated review and approval processes.
• Maintain approved digital assets, metadata, folders, permissions, and final production materials within the DAM.
• Support day-to-day brand marketing activities, retail events, promotions, activations, meetings, and product/sample requests.
• Open and track purchase orders in Coupa, assist with SOWs and approvals, and support budget tracking and documentation.
• Coordinate creative production needs, including vendors, props, equipment, products, shipping, and event materials.
• Support influencer marketing programs through product fulfillment, shipping, permissions, asset organization, tracking, and reporting.
• Maintain marketing trackers and Notion boards while following up with internal teams on outstanding deliverables and deadlines.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of marketing experience required, with experience in marketing operations, social media, brand marketing, influencer marketing, creative production, or related areas.
• Experience within beauty, skincare, dermatology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or CPG is preferred.
• Experience with social publishing platforms and content management workflows.
• Experience supporting regulated content review and approval processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with Veeva/Vault, DAM systems, Coupa, Notion, and Sprout Social is preferred.
• Strong organizational, project management, written communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for events, productions, and activations.
