Requirements for the Contract Manufacturing Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in contract manufacturing, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820, and FDA regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/MES system experience is a plus.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and cost reduction strategies is a huge plus.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Compensation for the Manufacturing Manager:

• Employment type: Direct Hire
• Salary/: Competitive, based on experience, starts at 120K
• Location: Fort Worth, TX - Hybrid Setup and may require occasional domestic or international travel
