Schedule: Onsite | Monday–Friday (typical business hours)

CornerStone Professional Placement is partnering with a growing company seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial or warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Diagnose and repair electrical components including motors, relays, switches, and wiring
  
• 
  Perform preventive maintenance on warehouse and production equipment
  
• 
  Troubleshoot equipment issues and replace faulty components to minimize downtime
  
• 
  Support mechanical, pneumatic, and general equipment repairs
  
• 
  Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  
• 
  Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  
• 
  Coordinate with contractors and support equipment-related projects as needed

Qualifications:

• 
  3–5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
  
• 
  Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and/or mechanical systems
  
• 
  Ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs independently
  
• 
  Experience reading blueprints and schematics
  
• 
  Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (heights, tight spaces, varying temperatures)

  Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or conveyors

  Welding or fabrication experience
