What You’ll Be Doing
  • Generate new business through Realtor, construction, and community networking relationships
  • Manage the full mortgage origination lifecycle: application, structuring, rate guidance, and coordination through processing, underwriting, and closing
  • Maintain active referral partner engagement through meetings, co-marketing, and educational outreach
  • Leverage in-house processing and underwriting to deliver efficient, competitive closings
  • Represent the financial company professionally in the local market to expand brand presence and referral channels


Must-Have Qualifications
  • Active NMLS license and ability to originate mortgage loans in Texas
  • Proven relationship-based production (not call center or order-taking model)
  • Demonstrated ability to self-generate business through Realtor and/or builder partnerships

  • Full product suite including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, HELOC, and Construction loans
  • No reverse mortgages and no brokering — all loans handled in-house

This Role is a Good Fit If You:
  • Have an existing book of Realtor or Construction referral relationships in North Texas—or are actively building one
  • Are currently producing and want to grow your loan volume
  • Prefer a relationship-driven environment over a call center model
  • Are comfortable working in a commission-driven role
  • Have strong pipeline management and organizational skills
  • Have experience with construction or jumbo loan products (preferred)
