This role is responsible for providing administrative support to attorneys, coordinating litigation schedules and deadlines, preparing legal correspondence, and helping keep case-related activities moving forward.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative and case coordination support to attorneys.
Manage calendars, deadlines, meetings, depositions, and mediation scheduling.
Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, opposing counsel, mediators, and court personnel.
Prepare correspondence, form-based pleadings, and other legal documents.
Assist with electronic court filings and litigation-related administrative tasks.
Track agreed judgments and coordinate documentation with opposing counsel.
Follow up on outstanding items to keep cases and administrative processes moving.
Prepare monthly matter status reports and maintain organized case information.
Answer incoming calls and provide general office administrative support.
Learn established procedures through training and collaborate with team members to support changing workloads.
Qualifications
Experience in administrative support, legal administration, legal secretarial work, or a similar professional office environment.
Strong organizational, scheduling, and calendar management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Proactive, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative without constant direction.
Ability to learn and follow established procedures while working collaboratively with a team.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Previous law firm, legal document preparation, litigation support, or electronic court filing experience is preferred but not required.
Property tax law experience is a plus.
Ability to work 100% onsite in Plano, Texas.
