Insurance Licensing & Compliance Analyst
Job Description
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex
CornerStone Professional Placement has partnered with a growing Third-Party Administrator (TPA) in their search for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to support and manage compliance programs, regulatory filings, policy updates, carrier audits, and licensing renewals. This is a critical position assisting the Chief Operating Officer/Compliance Officer with various high-visibility compliance functions across departments. This role will require exceptional organization, legal proofreading, and cross-functional collaboration.
* Lead TPA and entity licensing, renewals, and regulatory filings, including:
- Secretary of State annual reporting
- TPA license renewals
- Compliance documentation and deadlines
* Foster and maintain positive relationships with state regulators
* Assist COO/Compliance Officer with:
- Proofreading contracts and legal documents
- Maintaining contract records and compliance documentation
- Updating company policies and procedures
* Lead and formalize carrier audit processes, including coordination with internal teams and post-audit follow-up
* Oversee TCPA policy and ensure company alignment with related standards
* Conduct research on healthcare/insurance laws, regulations, and standards, and provide summary reports to leadership
* Monitor new regulatory updates and provide actionable insights to keep the organization in compliance
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
* Background in insurance and experience in compliance required
* Legal or paralegal experience preferred
* Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and modern communication platforms
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
* Proactive problem solver with strong decision-making and multi-tasking abilities
* Employment Type: Direct Hire
* Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
* Location: On-site - Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex
* Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience. Starting at 75K or more. Plus project performance based bonus.
