We’re partnering with a growing organization seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join a high-energy, performance-driven team. This is a hybrid role that blends outbound prospecting with ongoing client interaction—ideal for someone who wants more than just dialing and is ready to take ownership of their pipeline and relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Make high-volume outbound calls and follow up via email
- Schedule qualified meetings for the outside sales team
- Manage inbound inquiries and maintain ongoing client communication
- Use CRM tools, data platforms, and LinkedIn for prospecting
- Track activity and keep pipeline data clean and up to date
- Support account touchpoints to keep deals moving forward
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of B2B outbound cold calling experience
- Comfortable handling consistent daily call volume
- Strong communication skills with a confident phone presence
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
- Ability to thrive in a structured, performance-driven environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with account management or client follow-up
- Background in SDR or inside sales roles
- Experience balancing outbound sales with relationship management
