We’re hiring an Inside Sales Rep to join a growing team in Plano. This is a high-activity role — you’ll spend a good part of your day calling, following up, and building pipeline.
What the day actually looks like
- 50–80+ outbound calls daily
- Following up with prospects via phone + email
- Qualifying leads and booking meetings
- Keeping your pipeline organized in CRM
- Working closely with the sales team to move deals forward
What they care about
- You’ve done outbound before (cold calling required)
- You’re comfortable with high daily call volume
- You’re self-motivated and don’t need hand-holding
- You can clearly explain how you qualify a lead
Ideal Background
- 1+ year of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, inside sales, or call center sales)
- Experience making consistent daily calls (40–80+)
- Exposure to account management or client follow-up (6–18 months is a plus)
- Comfortable working in a high-activity, phone-based environment
- Early to mid-career sales professional looking to grow

- $55K base + uncapped commission
- 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
