What the Day Actually Looks Like
- 50–80+ outbound calls daily
- Following up with prospects via phone + email
- Qualifying leads and booking meetings
- Keeping your pipeline organized in CRM
- Working closely with the sales team to move deals forward
- Managing multiple follow-ups and conversations throughout the day
What They Care About
- You’ve done outbound sales before (cold calling required)
- You’re comfortable with high daily call volume
- You’re naturally conversational and can build rapport quickly
- You bring confidence and positive energy into conversations
- You’re self-motivated and don’t need hand-holding
- You can clearly explain how you qualify a lead and manage follow-up
- You’re comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
Ideal Background
- 1+ year of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, inside sales, or call center sales)
- Experience making consistent daily calls (40–80+)
- Some account management or client follow-up exposure is a plus
- Comfortable working in a high-activity, phone-based environment
- Early to mid-career sales professional looking to grow
