We’re hiring an Inside Sales Rep to join a growing team in Plano. This is a high-activity role — you’ll spend a good part of your day calling, following up, and building pipeline.

What the day actually looks like
  • 50–80+ outbound calls daily
  • Following up with prospects via phone + email
  • Qualifying leads and booking meetings
  • Keeping your pipeline organized in CRM
  • Working closely with the sales team to move deals forward

What they care about
  • You’ve done outbound before (cold calling required)
  • You’re comfortable with high daily call volume
  • You’re self-motivated and don’t need hand-holding
  • You can clearly explain how you qualify a lead

Ideal Background
  • 1+ year of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, inside sales, or call center sales)
  • Experience making consistent daily calls (40–80+)
  • Exposure to account management or client follow-up (6–18 months is a plus)
  • Comfortable working in a high-activity, phone-based environment
  • Early to mid-career sales professional looking to grow

Comp & Setup
  • $55K base + uncapped commission
  • 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
