Compensation: $56,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

What Youll Do:
• Generate new business through prospecting and outreach
• Connect with business owners and decision-makers
• Schedule and conduct sales meetings and presentations
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle
• Build long-term client relationships
• Track activity and pipeline progress in CRM systems
• Consistently achieve activity and revenue goals

What Were Looking For:
• Bachelors degree required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable initiating conversations and building new relationships
• Desire to succeed in a performance-driven environment
• Long-term interest in sales and business development

Preferred Experience:
• Prospecting, lead generation, or cold calling
• SDR, BDR, Account Executive, retail sales, hospitality, recruiting, or customer-facing experience
• Commission-based, goal-oriented, or performance-driven environments
• Leadership experience through athletics, student organizations, military service, or previous employment
