What You’ll Actually Do as the HR Generalist:

• Oversee all day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
• Partner with managers to deliver effective coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Maintain HR data integrity and ensure timely processing of changes in HRIS systems.
• Monitor key HR metrics and help drive continuous improvement in engagement and retention.
• Assist with recruiting, investigations, and compliance initiatives to ensure best practices are followed.

What You’ll Need to Succeed as the HR Generalist:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of HR Generalist experience, ideally within construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations (EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.).
• Strong communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

It’s a Bonus If You’ve Used:

• HRIS systems such as Paylocity or ADP.
• Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate or advanced level.
• Experience facilitating training or team-building sessions.
