Human Resource Generalist
LOCATION
Alpharetta, GA | Hybrid (Must have reliable transportation and be available onsite 2–3 times per month and as needed)
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $25.00–$30.00 per hour
• Monday–Friday; must be available to work the closing shift until 7:00 PM Eastern / 6:00 PM Central
• W2 Contract
ROLE IMPACT:
The Human Resource Generalist serves as a primary point of contact for employees, managers, former employees, dependents, and external agencies seeking HR support. This role helps drive a positive employee experience through timely, accurate, and professional resolution of HR inquiries. Success is measured by effective case management, quality documentation, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment.
• Key Responsibilities
• Respond to HR inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other service channels, providing resolutions or escalating cases as appropriate.
• Research, document, and resolve employee and manager inquiries using HR systems, knowledge bases, and established processes.
• Maintain confidentiality while delivering professional, empathetic, and customer-focused support.
• Apply HR policies, procedures, and administrative guidelines to address employee questions and concerns.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Minimum Qualifications
• Associate degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Shared Services, employee support, or a contact center environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience supporting employees within an HR Shared Services environment.
• Ability to navigate multiple technology platforms simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Knowledge of HR systems, HR administrative functions, and employment-related policies and procedures.
