This role works closely with operations leadership and focuses on HR operations, workforce planning, and employee support, rather than traditional recruiting-heavy responsibilities.

In This Role, You Will:
- Provide day-to-day HR support for employees and managers
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and staffing needs
- Maintain HR systems and ensure employee data accuracy
- Support initiatives that improve employee experience and organizational growth
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as a key HR resource for site leadership and employees
- Maintain employee records and manage HR systems data
- Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and HR practices
- Support performance review coordination and employee development initiatives
- Assist with workforce mobility, role changes, and internal transfers
- Help analyze workforce trends including turnover and staffing needs
- Assist with workforce planning and organizational initiatives
- Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Participate in HR projects and process improvements
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
- Experience supporting HR operations and employee relations
- Familiarity with HR systems such as ADP, Workday, HiBob, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Understanding of U.S. HR practices and employment compliance
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting operations, industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments
- Experience working with multi-site teams
- Exposure to workforce analytics or workforce planning initiatives
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR
