Schedule: Hybrid with periodic travel to operational site

About the Role:
We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, operations-driven organization seeking an HR Generalist to support leadership and employees across a key operational site.

This role works closely with operations leadership and focuses on HR operations, workforce planning, and employee support, rather than traditional recruiting-heavy responsibilities.

In This Role, You Will:
  • Provide day-to-day HR support for employees and managers
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and staffing needs
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure employee data accuracy
  • Support initiatives that improve employee experience and organizational growth

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Serve as a key HR resource for site leadership and employees
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR systems data
  • Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and HR practices
  • Support performance review coordination and employee development initiatives
  • Assist with workforce mobility, role changes, and internal transfers
  • Help analyze workforce trends including turnover and staffing needs
  • Assist with workforce planning and organizational initiatives
  • Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvements

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 4–6 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
  • Experience supporting HR operations and employee relations
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as ADP, Workday, HiBob, or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Understanding of U.S. HR practices and employment compliance
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:
  • Experience supporting operations, industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments
  • Experience working with multi-site teams
  • Exposure to workforce analytics or workforce planning initiatives
  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR
