HR Generalist
Location: Coppell, TX
Base Salary: $65,000 – $80,000
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Onsite | Monday–Friday (8:00–5:00)

We’re partnering with a mid-sized company seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and help maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working closely with both employees and leadership, supporting core HR functions including payroll, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support payroll processing (timekeeping, audits, and resolving discrepancies)
  • Manage onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employee changes
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee questions
  • Maintain employee data and reporting within HR systems (Paycom transitioning to Rippling)
  • Ensure compliance with I-9, E-Verify, FMLA, and related regulations
  • Support employee relations by assisting with inquiries and documentation
  • Assist with recruiting coordination and onboarding processes

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Experience supporting payroll and HR operations
  • Experience with HR systems (Paycom, ADP, Rippling, or similar)
  • Strong technical skills in HR systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance
  • Comfortable working onsite full-time
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environments
  • Exposure to HRIS transitions or system implementations
