HR Generalist
Location: Coppell, TX
Base Salary: $65,000 – $80,000
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Onsite | Monday–Friday (8:00–5:00)
We’re partnering with a mid-sized company seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and help maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working closely with both employees and leadership, supporting core HR functions including payroll, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support payroll processing (timekeeping, audits, and resolving discrepancies)
- Manage onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employee changes
- Assist with benefits administration and employee questions
- Maintain employee data and reporting within HR systems (Paycom transitioning to Rippling)
- Ensure compliance with I-9, E-Verify, FMLA, and related regulations
- Support employee relations by assisting with inquiries and documentation
- Assist with recruiting coordination and onboarding processes
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2–5 years of HR Generalist experience
- Experience supporting payroll and HR operations
- Experience with HR systems (Paycom, ADP, Rippling, or similar)
- Strong technical skills in HR systems and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance
- Comfortable working onsite full-time
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environments
- Exposure to HRIS transitions or system implementations
