Schedule: Remote Mondays & Fridays | Onsite Tuesdays–Thursdays
Hours: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Duration: 6+ months (project-based)

We are partnering with a growing organization seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to support their team during a large-scale internal systems integration project. This is a temporary opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on HR environment and enjoys supporting day-to-day operations.

This role will focus on maintaining continuity across HR functions while key team members are engaged in project work. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling high-volume, transactional HR responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee HR inquiries and provide timely support
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments and employee questions
  • Support payroll processes in coordination with internal teams
  • Manage onboarding tasks, documentation, and new hire coordination
  • Maintain compliance activities, including audits, filing, and labor law postings
  • Perform administrative HR duties and ensure accuracy of employee records
  • Track and follow up on tasks to ensure completion and quality standards

Qualifications
  • Experience in HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or HR Operations roles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, task-oriented environment
  • Comfortable working independently in a hybrid setting
  • Experience with HR systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support employees professionally
