CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Human Resource Partner for a dynamic, growth-focused organization in Costa Rica. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategy with business objectives, driving employee relations initiatives, and supporting workforce planning and organizational development.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with operational goals
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives
  • Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Support talent acquisition efforts in collaboration with recruiting teams to attract and retain top talent
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, improve processes, and support decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and HR best practices
  • Facilitate training and leadership development programs
  • Promote employee engagement and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources
  • At least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist capacity
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms and HR data analytics tools
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree or HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred
