CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking an HR Assistant (Temp) for a growing organization in the Addison, TX area. As the HR Assistant, you will support benefits administration, coordinate onboarding processes, and maintain HR system accuracy. You will thrive in this role if you have strong attention to detail, experience with HR systems like ADP, and enjoy supporting employees in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Actually Do as the HR Assistant:
• Support employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, and retirement
• Assist with onboarding coordination from offer stage through new hire orientation
• Maintain and update employee data in HRIS (ADP Workforce Now)
• Respond to employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Assist with reporting, data tracking, and process improvements within HR systems
What You’ll Need to Succeed as the HR Assistant:
• 2+ years of experience in HR, onboarding, benefits, or related functions
• Experience using HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
• Strong Excel skills (basic formulas and data tracking)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
It’s a bonus if you’ve used:
• ADP Workforce Now in a high-volume environment
• Supported multi-state HR operations or compliance
• Worked in a structured or operations-heavy environment (e.g., manufacturing, logistics)

• Salary/Pay: $30/hr (+/- based on experience)
• Location: 100% on site (Addison, TX)
