Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30AM to 5PM
Pay: $50,000 annually
Duration: Full-time, Direct Hire

Responsibilities
- Support escrow officers in all aspects of the closing process
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and third parties
- Prepare and maintain escrow files with accuracy and confidentiality
- Perform notary duties as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout each transaction
- Assist with file processing and other administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Escrow Assistant
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in title software and related tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
