Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30AM to 5PM

Pay: $50,000 annually

Duration: Full-time, Direct Hire

Responsibilities

  • Support escrow officers in all aspects of the closing process
  • Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and third parties
  • Prepare and maintain escrow files with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Perform notary duties as needed
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout each transaction
  • Assist with file processing and other administrative duties as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Escrow Assistant
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in title software and related tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent
