This role goes far beyond campaign execution. You’ll set the vision, build the engine, and lead the people who make it happen.
Responsibilities
- Shape and execute enterprise marketing strategies tied to growth, leasing, brand, and corporate objectives
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality experiences across all locations, platforms, and touchpoints
- Lead integrated campaigns supporting new launches, repositioning efforts, and enterprise initiatives
- Act as executive sponsor for priority locations and key stakeholder relationships
- Drive digital performance across websites, paid media, SEO/SEM, social channels, reputation management, and CRM systems
- Partner closely with technology teams to optimize marketing platforms, data integrations, automation, and analytics
- Build and track KPIs, dashboards, and reporting that clearly show ROI and performance impact
- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across creative, digital, and account management functions
- Manage budgets, forecasts, agencies, and vendors with a sharp eye on efficiency and results
- Stay ahead of market trends and bring forward innovative ideas that strengthen competitive position
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required
- Advanced education is a plus
- Extensive experience leading marketing teams in a complex or growing organization
- Background overseeing digital marketing efforts, online platforms, and campaign performance
- Experience working with reporting tools, data, and marketing systems
- Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership approach
- Comfortable working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
- 5+ years leading cross-functional or enterprise teams
- Strong digital marketing + marketing technology expertise
- Proven success leading transformation, innovation, and performance-driven strategy
- Experience in multifamily, real estate, hospitality, or similar industries preferred
- Strong executive presence, communication skills, and business acumen
