Job Title: Mortgage Marketing Director – Origination Development
Location: Philadelphia, PA

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Mortgage Marketing Director – Origination Development for an opportunity with a nationally recognized mortgage lender. This leadership role directly supports origination growth, driving brand strategy, lead generation, and customer experience across multiple channels.

This is a high-impact position for a marketing leader who understands how to align strategy with loan production, branch growth, and recruiting success.
Responsibilities:
• Lead overall marketing strategy to support loan origination growth, recruiting, and brand positioning
• Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across print, digital, social, and video to drive lead acquisition and brand awareness
• Own the lead lifecycle and engagement strategy across CRM, email, digital, and print channels
• Oversee CRM administration, including campaign development, system integrations, and user adoption through training
• Partner with IT to optimize website performance, including SEO, GEO targeting, user experience, and lead capture strategies
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives align with production goals
• Drive efficiencies across the marketing function while maintaining high-quality execution
• Support sales and recruiting initiatives through targeted marketing efforts
• Deliver monthly performance reporting and insights to executive leadership
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within mortgage or financial services
• Strong experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM administration
• Proven ability to build and execute strategic marketing plans tied directly to revenue growth
• Understanding of SEO/GEO strategies and digital lead generation
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Background in event coordination, logistics, and content development
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence leadership and stakeholders
Compensation & Benefits:
• Employment Type: Direct Hire
• Schedule: Full-time
• Salary: $125,000+ base (depending on experience) + annual bonus potential
