  • Review and assess policies submitted by third-party brokers (e.g., homeowners, umbrella, valuables, health) for adequacy and accuracy
  • Identify gaps in coverage and opportunities to optimize insurance strategy across personal and entity-held assets
  • Prepare clear summaries of key exposures, policy data, and recommendations for internal teams and client advisors
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of insurance programs during client transitions
  • Collaborate with external brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with client goals
  • Track renewal timelines, policy changes, and related audit or documentation needs
  • Stay current on regulatory developments and market trends affecting the HNW insurance landscape

  • Strong knowledge of HNW personal lines, including homeowners, umbrella, valuables, and E&S placements
  • Experience supporting family offices, business managers, or complex multi-entity clients
  • Excellent communication skills and sound professional judgment
  • High attention to detail and comfort handling confidential information

What We Offer

  • Collaborative and high-performing team environment
