CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Director of Enterprise Partnerships – Loyalty & Payments for a rapidly growing financial technology organization. This role owns new enterprise revenue across organizations that leverage payment solutions to power customer rewards, rebates, promotions, and incentive initiatives.

You’ll succeed here if you’re a true hunter who generates pipeline through relationships and strategic outbound, confidently navigates complex buying committees, and consistently lands high-value enterprise contracts. This is a high-autonomy, high-upside role designed for a performance-driven seller.
What You’ll Actually Do as the Director of Enterprise Partnerships:
• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Generate pipeline through relationship-driven outreach and strategic outbound efforts
• Build and expand executive-level partnerships within organizations running loyalty, promotional, or incentive programs
• Navigate multi-stakeholder sales environments and competitive vendor landscapes
• Close high-value agreements and drive long-term revenue growth
What You’ll Need to Succeed as the Director of Enterprise Partnerships:
• 5+ years of B2B fintech, payments, or enterprise SaaS sales experience
• Proven success building pipeline independently (not reliant on inbound)
• Experience selling into organizations that leverage payment solutions for customer or employee engagement
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
• Documented history of meeting or exceeding quota

• Modern outbound and engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach)
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator for strategic prospecting
• Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems
