What You’ll Actually Do as the Customer Service Representative:
- Answer inbound calls regarding prescriptions, delivery scheduling, payments, and general inquiries.
- Document call details accurately in patient management and CRM systems.
- Schedule deliveries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely shipments.
- Verify insurance and payment details to maintain compliance and service accuracy.
- Transfer escalated or clinical-related calls to the appropriate department.
What You’ll Need to Succeed as the Customer Service Representative:
- At least 1 year of phone-based or call center customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Typing speed of 35+ words per minute with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential patient information in compliance with privacy guidelines.

- Pharmacy management or healthcare-related software.
- EMR/EHR or HIPAA-compliant systems.
- Bilingual communication skills (Spanish or other languages).
