What You’ll Actually Do as the Customer Service Representative:

• Answer inbound calls regarding prescriptions, delivery scheduling, payments, and general inquiries.
• Document call details accurately in patient management and CRM systems.
• Schedule deliveries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely shipments.
• Verify insurance and payment details to maintain compliance and service accuracy.
• Transfer escalated or clinical-related calls to the appropriate department.

What You’ll Need to Succeed as the Customer Service Representative:

• At least 1 year of phone-based or call center customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Typing speed of 35+ words per minute with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage confidential patient information in compliance with privacy guidelines.

• Pharmacy management or healthcare-related software.
• EMR/EHR or HIPAA-compliant systems.
• Bilingual communication skills (Spanish or other languages).
