Job Title: Contract Recruiter – Hospitality Industry
Location: Fort Worth, TX – must be flexible to work at multiple venues as needed
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 100% onsite
Type: 3–4 month temporary assignment
Pay: $25–$32/hr. BOE

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hospitality roles across multiple venues
• Support high-volume hiring ramps tied to operational needs
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and execute recruiting strategies
• Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process
• Assist with onsite hiring events and recruiting initiatives
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting within the ATS

Requirements:

• Strong hospitality recruiting experience (restaurant recruiting highly preferred)
• Background in upscale, luxury, or high-end service environments a plus
• Experience managing high-volume hiring in fast-paced settings
• Familiarity with Paycom or ability to quickly learn new systems
• Hands-on, proactive approach with strong communication and organizational skills
