If you enjoy keeping details in order, working with systems, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks, this role is for you. CornerStone Professional Placement is looking for a Contracts Compliance Specialist to support a major contract migration project in Fort Worth. You’ll play an important role in reviewing details, moving information into new systems, and double-checking everything so projects can move forward without delays.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Migrate contracts from enterprise system to new software
• Enter and review contract data for accuracy
• Troubleshoot issues and reach out to IT, admin staff, or analysts to research details as needed
• Ability to work independently the majority of the day, but be collaborative as needed
• Provide weekly updates on project status

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years working with contracts
• Strong Excel skills (comfortable with VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and large spreadsheets)
• Ability to focus on details for long stretches without losing accuracy in a detail-oriented, heavy data entry environment
• Confidence talking with IT or support staff when need to troubleshoot systems
• HS diploma required; bachelor’s preferred

Extra Experience That Helps

• Familiarity with construction or government contracts
• Professional services agreements knowledge
• PeopleSoft or project management software experience (like e-Builder)

• Pay: $29/hr
• Location: 100% on-site (downtown Fort Worth + south side FW offices)
