Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support the implementation, oversight, and day-to-day maintenance of our Compliance Program. This position plays a critical role in monitoring regulatory requirements, managing compliance documentation, and assisting with audits, filings, and license renewals.
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of federal and state regulations - particularly CMS requirements for Medicare Advantage - and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret CMS guidance and regulatory updates related to Medicare Advantage.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Conduct internal audits and compliance monitoring to identify and resolve issues.
- Prepare documentation and support CMS audits, data validation activities, and regulatory submissions.
- Track and maintain compliance records, logs, and reports for internal and external review.
- Review member-facing materials, marketing content, and vendor contracts for regulatory compliance.
- Support license renewals, Secretary of State filings, and other required regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure operational compliance.
- Assist with proofreading contracts, maintaining legal documentation, and updating procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in healthcare compliance, insurance, Medicare Advantage, or legal/regulatory support.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
