Job: Client Operations Analyst
Location: Texas, Washington, or Florida
Base Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 BOE, plus bonus structure
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Full-time, onsite. Role supports clients across multiple time zones and may require adjusted business hours.

About the Role
• Manage onboarding for new client accounts
• Support client-facing teams with operational and service needs
• Coordinate with third-party partners and internal departments
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and client experience
What You’ll Be Doing
• Oversee account setup and onboarding timelines
• Resolve complex service and operational inquiries
• Partner with compliance, operations, and service teams
• Track documentation and reporting requirements
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows
Must-Have Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in financial services
• Experience supporting complex financial client accounts
• Working knowledge of securities and financial markets
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
Nice to Have
• Experience within asset or investment management
• Exposure to diverse client structures
• Process improvement or project coordination experience
