Client Operations Analyst

Plano, TX, US

Job Title: Client Operations Analyst
Location: Texas, Washington, or Florida
Compensation: $65,000 – $80,000 + bonus
Schedule: Full-time, onsite (supports global clients; adjusted hours required)

This is not a trade processing, reconciliation, or reporting-only position.

We’re looking for someone who owns client onboarding and works directly with internal teams and client-facing partners to move complex accounts forward.

What You’ll Do
• Own and drive onboarding for new institutional client accounts from start to finish
• Act as a key partner to relationship managers and client-facing teams
• Coordinate across compliance, operations, custodians, and internal stakeholders
• Manage onboarding timelines, documentation, and account setup requirements
• Resolve complex client-related operational requests
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency

What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years in financial services supporting institutional or investment clients
• Direct experience owning or driving client onboarding (not just supporting tasks)
• Experience working with client-facing teams (RMs, advisors, etc.)
• Exposure to account setup, documentation, and onboarding workflows
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

This Role Is NOT a Fit If You
• Primarily worked in trade processing, reconciliation, or back-office operations
• Focus on data/reporting without client or onboarding ownership
• Have not been involved in client onboarding or account setup processes

Nice to Have
• Experience in asset management or institutional environments
• Exposure to international or global clients
• Process improvement or project coordination experience

Why This Role
This is a high-visibility client operations role where you’ll partner across teams and play a key part in delivering a seamless client experience—not just execute tasks behind the scenes.
