What You’ll Do

• Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on instruction
• Prepare students for industry-recognized certifications and healthcare careers
• Follow the provided curriculum and maintain basic classroom documentation
• Mentor students by sharing practical knowledge, professionalism, and real-world experience

What We’re Looking For

Relevant backgrounds may include: CMA, CCMA, RMA, NCMA, or Medical Assistant.

• 3+ years of current CMA experience or 1+ year of CMA course instructor experience
• Active CMA (AAMA), CCMA (NHA), RMA (AMT), and/or NCMA (NCCT) certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Teaching, mentoring, coaching, precepting, or training experience preferred but not required
• Ability to successfully complete FBI fingerprinting/background screening

Location & Schedule

Address: 2201 Kemp Blvd, Wichita Falls, TX 76309
Days: Monday–Friday
Time: Flexible based on instructor availability
Assignment Length: Year-long assignment
Typical Class Length: 1.5 hours

Compensation

$85–$93 per instructional session
