Building Automation Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• 
  Lead and develop a team of Building Automation Sales Representatives.
  
• 
  Drive sales growth by coaching, mentoring, and supporting your team throughout the sales cycle.
  
• 
  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, and industry partners.
  
• 
  Collaborate with Operations and leadership to ensure successful project execution and oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM utilization.
  
• 
  Identify new business opportunities while supporting estimating, proposal development, and strategic sales initiatives.
  

Requirements

• 
  10+ years of commercial Building Automation (BAS) sales experience.
  
• 
  Proven experience leading or mentoring successful sales teams.
  
• 
  Strong understanding of HVAC controls and building automation solutions.
  
• 
  Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  
• 
  Strong business and financial acumen.
  
• 
  Valid drivers license.
  

Compensation

• 
  Base Salary: $115,000–$125,000
  
• 
  On-Target Earnings: $270,000+
  
• 
  Uncapped commission
