This role is responsible for leading employee relations, HR compliance, talent acquisition, and people operations while partnering closely with executive leadership to support business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Lead employee relations, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Oversee recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, OSHA, FMLA, COBRA, and company policies.
- Partner with leadership to coach managers, improve employee engagement, and support organizational initiatives.
- Administer employee benefits and maintain relationships with benefit providers.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintain HRIS records and collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate employee information.
- Support strategic HR initiatives while remaining hands-on in day-to-day HR operations.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now, Paycor, or similar systems.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, HR compliance, OSHA, FMLA, and employment law.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelors degree and/or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
