Job Title: Banking Center Manager
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT (Full-Time)
Salary Range: Up to $65K Annually
Duration: Direct Hire! Be a permanent employee from day one.
Location: 100% Onsite in Fort Worth, TX
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations for a full-service branch, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional customer service.
- Lead business development efforts by cultivating new deposit and loan opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships.
- Provide leadership, training, and coaching to branch staff, setting clear goals and fostering a positive sales and service environment.
- Approve or recommend credit requests within established limits and guide customers through loan processes from application to closing.
- Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations, including audit and quality control standards.
- Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to promote branch visibility and growth.
- Manage branch profitability by controlling expenses, driving revenue growth, and tracking budget adherence.
- Ensure branch safety and security protocols are followed and updated, including staff training.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and transactions, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate communication of policy updates, procedure changes, and training initiatives to staff.
- Participate in community and professional activities to promote the branch’s presence and meet Community Reinvestment Act objectives.
- Oversee staff performance evaluations, hiring decisions, scheduling, and cross-training to ensure operational flexibility.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a branch manager in banking.
- 3+ years in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong background in branch operations, lending, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven success in cross-selling banking products and services.
- Advanced knowledge of consumer loan products and credit analysis.
- Ability to read and interpret financial reports, budgets, and industry publications.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in standard office software and banking systems.
- Strong math and analytical skills for interest calculations, account balancing, and data interpretation.
- NMLS registration required.
