Location: Richardson, TX. -Hybrid Role; 2 days WFH, 3 days in office

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Auto Warranty Product Development Manager to ensure a leading suite of F&I products meets dealer and lender expectations while remaining fully compliant with state regulations. In this role, you will take ownership of product filings, collaborate across departments, and act as a subject matter expert in auto warranty compliance and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Product Filing & Development
*     Prepare and submit product forms for regulatory and lender filings (including F&I Sentinel)
*     Ensure accuracy and timely submission of filings to Compliance within defined SLAs
*     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather documentation and communicate approval updates
Regulatory Compliance & Support
*     Provide guidance to Product, Marketing, and Operations teams on compliance requirements
*     Review and support marketing content for compliance alignment
Regulatory Intelligence
*     Monitor and interpret regulatory changes impacting the auto warranty space
*     Communicate and implement changes with key internal stakeholders
*     Support broader compliance initiatives as assigned

Qualifications
*     Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
*     8+ years of experience in the auto warranty industry with a focus on product development and compliance
*     Proven expertise in F&I Sentinel and lender filing processes
*     Deep understanding of state and federal warranty regulations
*     Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
*     Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration skills
*     Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
*     Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Monday.com experience preferred
